This website

The website at declarly.com collects nothing beyond ordinary server logs: the address a request came from, the page requested, the time, and the browser's user agent. Those logs are kept for operating the site and are not used to build profiles of visitors.

There are no analytics cookies on this website today. Fonts, images and video are served from our own address, so loading a page sends nothing to a third party. The contact form sends us what you typed — your name, work email, company, topic and message — so that we can reply from hello@declarly.com; it is kept for that conversation and used for nothing else, and nothing from it is placed in a web address.

The platform

The Declarly platform stores the brokerage's records: its clients and partners, its entries and filings, its parts catalogue, its invoices and statements, its people and their roles, and the activity log of what was done. Those records belong to the brokerage. We store them on the brokerage's behalf and under the customer agreement, and we use them only to run the platform for that brokerage.

Importers who use the client portal see their own shipments, files and invoices. What an importer can reach is limited by the brokerage's roles and permissions, and that boundary is tested automatically.

If someone from Declarly opens a support session in a brokerage's account, the session appears on the brokerage's own activity log with who opened it, when, why and the ticket. Support sessions are read-only by default, cannot move money or file anything in any mode, and close after two hours.

Requests

For any question about personal data on this website or on the platform, including a request to see, correct or delete what we hold, write to hello@declarly.com. Requests concerning a brokerage's records are handled with that brokerage, because the records are theirs. A suspected security incident goes to security@declarly.com.

Changes

When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
