The portal shows an importer their own shipments, their own files and their own invoices. The line between your side and the brokerage's is enforced by automated tests: every screen and every request an importer can reach is checked against a written list, on every release.
- Your brokerage's internals. No queues, no approvals, no wallet, no fees, no statements — nothing of the desk's own.
- Other importers. Not their shipments, not their files, not their names.
- The ten-digit HTS. Classification is the licensed broker's work and stays on the broker's side.
- Internal notes. What the writer and the broker say to each other about your entries is theirs.
