This website describes the Declarly platform. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation or advice on customs law, and it does not create a contract between you and Declarly.

The screens shown on this website are captures of the platform. The live demo signs you in to a demonstration workspace; it is provided for evaluation and nothing filed or entered in it has any effect outside the demonstration.

The platform

Use of the Declarly platform is governed by the customer agreement between Declarly and the brokerage, partner or company that holds the workspace. Where this page and a customer agreement differ, the customer agreement applies.

No affiliation with CBP

Declarly is an independent software company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of U.S. Customs and Border Protection or any other government agency. Entries are prepared, checked and approved on Declarly by a licensed broker; filings leave through the ABI system the brokerage already uses. Filing decisions on the platform are made by the customer's own licensed broker.

Governing law

The governing law and venue for disputes are stated in the customer agreement.
